OUR GOAL – FAST processing of orders and Xpresspost shipping . All orders paid by 2 pm M.S.T. Monday-Friday will be shipped out that day.
We can only offer this weekdays, and not weekends OR holidays , as Canada post does not pick up or deliver on those days. So please keep that in mind when ordering. Ex.- any order paid after 2 pm friday shipped out Monday ( if Monday is holiday ),then shipped Tues. We want our customers to receive their products as QUICKLY as possible, which is why we aim to ship orders the same day they are paid,with that being said, please know that this is our Goal, not a guarantee !! We ship all products as follows: No signature required .If you would like any alternate shipping options, please send us the details in comments area.
We ship all orders as follows.
All orders come with a physical copy of your order.
All orders are sealed in a bubble wrapped envelopes.
All e-liquid is individually sealed in zip lock bags.
You will be emailed a tracking # once the package is shipped.
Xpresspost is our standard delivery method. This is the fastest shipping method available in Canada after next-day shipping.
There is a maximum $100 liability coverage on all shipments. If you would like additional insurance, please indicate this in the comments area when placing your order, and I will contact you with the new shipping cost.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us. It is the shipper’s responsibility to contact Canada Post to begin the process of tracing and/or making an insurance claim on an item. This process can take 14-30 business days to complete.
We offer Xpresspost flat rate of $ 10.00 in Canada
Free shipping on all order over $150.00 in Canada
If your order is extremely large in volume or weight and or special discount coupons are used we reserve the right to ship expedited. We will notify you via email if this was our option.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Unfortunately, in Canada, the payment options we can legally use are few. PayPal (for example),and credit card companies do not want to affiliate themselves with electronic cigarettes or eliquid over pressure from Health Canada. We are hoping this will change sometime soon,until then NIXSTIX.com chooses to do business in a legal and compliant way. Until they approve it, we will use other methods.
We do not wish to attempt any way of sneaking around the wishes of those in control of our options.We offer the following method of payment and will add more as they become legal and available to us:
Email Money Transfers:
These are a safe and very fast method of payment to our customers. EMTs are being used more and more by companies and customers all over the world. I personally use them almost exclusively when the option is available to me. We do not recieve any personal information from your bank account, and the payments are recieved within one hour after you send it, which allows us to get your order made and shipped as fast as possible.
If you already use internet banking, or have access to internet banking, this is your best option.

* Set up a recipient (this will stay set up once you complete this step for the first time). Specify the recipient’s email address, and set up the security question and answer (our information is listed above).
* Type in amount to send (amount that will be invoiced to your email address as soon as you complete this order)
